Zeitio

Built Zeitio (zeitio.com), a full-stack time tracking and project management product for freelancers, agencies, and small teams. One place for timers, projects, teams, reports, and invoices. The backend is Spring Boot on Java 21 with MongoDB. The frontend is Vue 3. Login and roles go through Keycloak with JWT, and each company sits in its own tenant so data stays isolated. On the backend I worked on the multi-tenant setup (tenant context, automatic filtering in repositories), auth with Keycloak, and the main domain pieces: projects, tasks and Kanban boards, time entries with start/stop and manual logging, teams, clients, and invoicing with PDF and email. There is also a subscription layer with Free, Professional, and Business plans, so limits and features (Kanban, email invoices, audit logs, analytics) are checked before users hit them. The Vue app covers timers, project views, invoices, teams, settings, and dashboards, with Pinia for state and PrimeVue for the UI. Live product: https://www.zeitio.com/
